David Kobrinetz has developed and scaled telemedicine and digital healthcare services in multiple healthcare market segments and has helped to improve healthcare access for under-served senior, disabled and disadvantaged populations.

He's worked closely with employers, regulators, legislators and government and commercial insurers to design programs and reimbursement.

David earned Masters’ Degrees in Gerontology and Health Services Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelors Degree in Communications and Health Education from the University of Maryland.

Nancy Phillips has extensive experience developing new business, provider networks, strategy and work processes for healthcare organizations and industry stakeholders.

She has directed the business development, operations, training  and customer service activities of growth-oriented and enterprise healthcare companies, insurance payers and government entities.

Nancy earned a Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology and Bachelor of Arts In Communication Arts & Sciences from Michigan State University.
